Jonathan Chen is a Boston-based actor, musician, and martial artist.
His acting experiences include featured roles on high-budget films including “The Tender Bar” directed by George Clooney and “Don’t Look Up” directed by Adam McKay, as well as leading roles in several short films and a TV pilot. He began playing the violin at the age of 3 and has since claimed several 1st place awards in state-level competitions, sat as concertmaster of the Boston Youth Symphony, and has performed with the Massachusetts All-State orchestra several times.
Since the age of 8, he has attained two 2nd-degree black belts in Tae Kwon Do and Goju-Ryu Karate along with extensive experience in stage-fighting. While not acting, Jonathan consults in the biotech and crypto fields, and holds a B.S in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
